Refund Policy
You pay for your Kiqwax Season Pass in full when you buy it. You can ask for all of it back, for any reason, at any time before your season opens and for 30 days after it opens. Founder's Club buyers have longer: through March 31, 2027.
What you are buying
Kiqwax sells one thing: the Season Pass, a full season of the Kiqwax nordic ski coaching app. It is software.
Your season opens in December 2026, and that is when your pass is delivered.
A full refund, no reason required
You can ask for a full refund at any time before your season opens, and for 30 days after it opens. We refund what you paid, in full. No reason is required.
This does not affect any statutory rights you have where you live.
Founder's Club: a longer window
If you bought a Founder's Club season pass, you can ask for a full refund, for any reason, at any time through March 31, 2027, the end of your first season. That right applies to you in place of the 30 days above; the rest of this policy applies unchanged.
If the season never opens
If your season does not open, you receive a full refund automatically. You do not have to ask for it. We refund to your original payment method and email you to confirm.
How to request a refund
Email hello@kiqwax.com from the address you bought with.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong, please email hello@kiqwax.com first — a refund under this policy is usually faster than a dispute raised through your bank.
You keep every right you have to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank; nothing here limits that.
Who you are buying from
TGS Innovations LLC (an Alaska limited liability company) trading as Kiqwax sells the Season Pass described on this site, and is responsible for the refunds set out above.

This policy was last updated on 2026-09-01 (version v5). If we make a material change, we will update this page and change the date above. The policy that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought.
