Founder's Club Terms
Who you are contracting with
Kiqwax is a trading name of TGS Innovations LLC, an Alaska limited liability company. TGS Innovations LLC is the seller of the season pass described below and the party that charges your card.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Alaska, United States.
What you pay
A Founder's Club season pass is $49/yr, against a list price of $85/yr. You pay that in full when you buy, on a checkout page hosted by our payment processor, Stripe. Kiqwax never sees or stores your card number.
That price covers your first season. It is the price on your order and it does not change afterwards.
What a season pass entitles you to
Your pass entitles you to a full season of the Kiqwax app, from the day your season opens until June 30 the following year.
As a Founder you also get new features as they ship, ahead of general release; a channel to tell us which features to build next; and recognition as a Founder in the app.
Which features get built remains our decision. Features described on this site as planned are exactly that: they are not promised as part of what you are buying, and their absence is not grounds for a claim beyond the refund rights below.
When the season opens
Your season opens in December 2026, and that is when your pass is delivered. We will contact you at the address you bought with before it opens. If your season does not open, you are refunded in full, automatically.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund, for any reason, at any time through March 31, 2027, the end of your first season. We refund what you paid, in full.
That is longer than the standard refund policy gives, and it is part of what a Founder's Club pass buys you. It does not affect any statutory rights you have where you live.
Changes to these terms
